Mr Dung Quanh Tran, 32, hangs out with Chen outside the restaurant during a slow evening, as his son Jaydan, 5, runs around in the carpark.

The affable Vietnamese-American nail artist, runs the "#1 Nails" store next door. Mr Tran explains that they are part of a small Asian population in Clinton: "We've got to help each other out!"
